Happy May! đ¸ I got a dog. If youâve been on my list for a while, you probably know that Iâve had her for two and a half years now! Her name is Rosie, and Iâm still surprised I have a dogâdespite how much I love her and how sheâs become such a companion to me. I got a dog because I kept journeying to my future self, and every time I looked three years out, five years outâthere she was, always by my side. Spirit kept nudging me, saying: âNow! get a dog now!â It didn't make sense - my grown kids were about to "leave the nest" - freedom was on the horizon. And Spirit was relentless. I know the agreement I made(to answer the call): I listened, and Rosie ran right into my heart. đ The moment marked the beginning of this new chapter. The Story of Her Name Actually, when I first brought her home, I named her Tallulahâa name I had always imagined for a daughter I never had. One day, when we were having a really hard time, my puppy came to me in a journey and clearly said: âMy name is not Tallulah. My name is Rosie.â She didnât like the name Tallulah. It wasnât hers. I was stunned. I thought I knew best, and it makes sense that Rosie knew herself better than I did. That was the first lesson she taught me: listen and be open to unexpected clarity. The Challenge of Love As much as I adore her now, those early weeks were hard. Rosie was a puppyâI had never had a puppy before. The endless energy, the middle-of-the-night wake-ups, the constant needsâI started to feel overwhelmed, almost like a version of postpartum depression (which I didnât have with my own kids). I was exhausted and felt like I was losing my mind. I turned to friends with dogs for advice, and they mostly shruggedâalmost like theyâd forgotten the struggles of puppyhood, like parents who forget the intensity of labor and delivery. I really needed help, so I did what any shaman would do: I got a shaman for my dog. đ A Shaman for Rosie Yes, it sounds a bit wild, and I needed Rosie to have her own guide. I have done animal healing work before, and I knew I wasnât clear or unattached enough to connect with Rosie. The shaman connected with Rosie and revealed that weâve known each other before, in different forms, across various lifetimes. She explained the depth of our soul connection, and it shifted everything. Rosie wasnât just a companion; she was a guide. From that moment, the energy shifted for both of us. Rosie and I found our rhythm, and life got easier. I realized she wasnât just here to be taken care ofâshe was also here to teach me about love, grounding, and being fully present. â The Joy of Being Alive Now, every morning, Rosie wakes up wagging her tail as if to say, âIâm awake! Iâm alive! Letâs celebrate!â And she doesnât just bring that joy to me; sheâs also brought it to my family. The Abrams menâmy sons and their dadâwho didnât want a dog at first, have completely fallen for her. They come to visit, spend time with her, and she loves them back with that same joy. Itâs amazing how healing it is to be celebrated every morning by a being who looks into your eyes and says, âIâm so glad youâre here.â Itâs a reminder that even when life feels heavy, thereâs a way back to lightness and love. Awaken to Your Own Spring As spring unfolds, Rosie and I are soaking up this energy of renewal and presence. If youâre feeling stuck or uncertain as you move into this new season, itâs okay. Sometimes, it takes a little help to wake up to your own joy and ease. If youâre ready to unfurl into your bloom this year and need some guidance, letâs connect. You donât have to do it alone. You can book a session with me using the link below. Or if youâre looking to dive deeper, I have a few spaces available for private intensivesâa chance to immerse yourself in personal healing and transformation, and use nature's support to grow something new this season. Letâs journey together. đŤ Wishing you a beautiful, vibrant spring. With love, âBook a Call | Join the Sacred Circleâ |

What you place on the altar Reader... begins to change you. I was reminded of this so deeply at the Equinox gathering last weekend...a beautiful coming together to celebrate the return of spring with a circle of mesa carriers. There is something that happens when we gather this way. Something opens.Something softens. We remember. We have fun. The mesa is a personal healing altar â one that is created and grown through the Medicine Wheel journey. The mesa, your altar, becomes a place to meet...
Dear Reader,Iâve been thinking about our Ignite Your Mesa circle we Do you remember how good it felt to be together in Sacred Space? Even across the screen, there was so much joy in that space â everyone reconnecting with their mesas, hearing the stories, and feeling the medicine begin to move again as people opened their bundles and laid out their stones out on the cloth. It reminded me how powerful this path is, and how alive the mesa becomes the moment we start practicing again. And at the...
