Summer has officially arrived !!

I have been soaking in it (literally in Walden Pond)! Spending time with clients, walking Rosie,swimming, and (true story!) finally painting the outside of my house... with help from a fabulous crew.

At the same time, I have been deep in reflection - putting my eye and heart on who I am in this chapter of life and business. Creating ceremony around this. Realigning. And wondering: how do I share all of this with the you?

Welcome July!! All about creating, re-inventing, and yes- persevering.

From Empty Nest to Fire Ceremony.

Part of my explorations included hosting a Full Moon Fire ceremony last week that felt both personal and collective. The outside of my nest had been cleaned and painted... and I wanted to catch-up energetically!

My "nest" is "officially empty" -- and I felt a call to create a ceremony honoring the beauty, grief, and gratitude for the flight of my sons, and their great strong wings, and the path that brought us all here.

I burned a nest and wings, as a ceremony of the transition of becoming an empty-nester.

I invited others in similar life transitions to join the ceremony. Because being witnessed--being in community-- makes being human richer and more delicious (or bearable).

We filled our shared nest with slips of paper, on which we each wrote our: wishes, griefs, gratitudes, goodbyes, dreams and longings.

And then we placed it in the fire.

It burned a long time. Red hot. Transforming our words and our offerings to pure energy.

And just like that, transformation happened. Immediately following the fire, there was "nest" updates:

🌟 Someone had their house closing date moved up by a month.

🌟 Another received a real estate offer for an opportunity they didn’t even know existed.

This is the power of ceremony.

We take one step toward Spirit, Spirit takes 10 steps toward us.
