🍓When my boys were little (they're now 26 and 23!)-we'd go strawberry picking at this time of year. In those years, I wasn't yet paying attention to moon cycles beyond the Moon calendar in my work-office.

As an HR Director, it was very important to note when the Full Moon was coming, because people would get a little crazy.

Perhaps you already know: it is the Strawberry Full Moon in a matter of hours. Somewhere in the northern hemisphere - it is a time of ripening strawberries. I wish this were true for me here. It's been far too cold for ripe berries just yet.

Are you feeling a little stirred up? Maybe even a little "off"? You might be moon sensitive. Maybe you notice that someone around you feels a bit overwhelmed? I have long figured if the moon can make the *whole ocean* have a higher tide than usual (at the full moon), it probably has at least some effect on me and the waters of my body too. And since we are mostly water.... we too must be different at full moon time, an inner extra-high tide!

According to the PowerPath, the Strawberry Full Moon arrives as a gentle yet powerful invitation to step into greater alignment with your heart’s truth.
