WELL dear Lovely Human -- I am sorry I just sent that email to my whole list- Reader (if you read it ...) While it is true that I have missed you - the previous email was intended for the group that is currently studying with me in Healers School. And it's also true I have been thinking of you all summer - and feeling quiet and settling into my life here without "children" this has been the first "school free" summer for me in 22 years! I guess that is why I started my own healers school last fall to prepare for this moment. My email mis-step is prompting me to write NOW. I wanted too - it IS EQUINOX - a day of balance -- and yesterday was the new moon. My intention is to be more in touch. And I do wish balance for you! For all of us. It doesn't have to be complicated, finding or creating balance. Perhaps you can find it in a single breath: make the length of your inhale match the length of your exhale.
If that works well for you -- you can always count to 7 or 8. Really slowwwwww dowwwwnnnnnn yourrrrrr breath. And then-- because it's Equinox - remember that your breath is an exchange between you and the plants. A balancing. The Q'ero paqos (shaman/healers) I have studied and practiced with in Peru these last 15 years, live and breathe with nature: we are here to remember, establish our connection to, and give thanks for the earth. Our inhale is the plant's exhale. The plants' inhale is our exhale. Offer your exhale to the plant spirits with the sweetest love in your heart. With gratitude for your own next breath, open to receive their exhale. Sacred reciprocity. Ayni (eye-knee) in Quechua - the language of the Andes. Let the beauty flow into your breath and flow out from your heart. This is how we give back to the earth who gives us life: we let ourselves experience the beauty of the earth, the landscapes and we share our spoken LOVE of this earth in our breath. This is a path to balance. If you are crying out from your heart these days - and asking for wisdom, beauty, a way to find gratitude and balance- consider joining me in the Medicine Wheel. Want to change your life? for real? Longing for transformation that will blow your mind and open your heart? The Medicine Wheel Method offers a way to Love your Path, and live in the breath of your heart and dance with the rhythm of the earth. In peace and joy. Because we are here to celebrate life on this magnificent earth - and NOW is the time. Reach out for a call to say hello - ask questions - share. The Links are below. And so sorry about that other email. Healers School is cool. Maybe you are ready to join me there ? REPLY "healers school" if you are curious. Next year is a deepening series of 3 designed for these times. With love and excitement- I hope you had a wonderful Equinox and found balance - one breath at time. body, mind, soul, energetic!! munay-- (with unconditional love, be as thou art, in Quechua) PS - want to go to Peru and meet some of my Paqo friends? Early Bird Pricing for the (nearly full) Peru Pilgrimage ends October 6th. Book a call or click the button to learn more.

You are longing for more, you are seeking Love, you know there is something missing. I will support you in remembering you!
What you place on the altar Reader... begins to change you. I was reminded of this so deeply at the Equinox gathering last weekend...a beautiful coming together to celebrate the return of spring with a circle of mesa carriers. There is something that happens when we gather this way. Something opens.Something softens. We remember. We have fun. The mesa is a personal healing altar — one that is created and grown through the Medicine Wheel journey. The mesa, your altar, becomes a place to meet...
Dear Reader,I’ve been thinking about our Ignite Your Mesa circle we Do you remember how good it felt to be together in Sacred Space? Even across the screen, there was so much joy in that space — everyone reconnecting with their mesas, hearing the stories, and feeling the medicine begin to move again as people opened their bundles and laid out their stones out on the cloth. It reminded me how powerful this path is, and how alive the mesa becomes the moment we start practicing again. And at the...
You, Reader, are warmly invited to gather your Mesa for the 7th and final Global Mesa Carrier Gathering this Spring Equinox — March 19–22 at Menla Mountain House. This is our closing ceremony. Join Us at the Mesa Gathering In 2020, I put out the very first call for a Global Mesa Gathering. 40 people answered that call — you may have been one of them —and then lockdown turned our Equinox gathering into a virtual event. Since then, this sacred circle has traveled from the mountains to the sea....
